Can my pet travel on trains or buses?

We’re happy to welcome guide dogs and service dogs on board, provided they’re kept on a leash.

If you’re travelling with other animals, here are a few rules to keep in mind:

• They must be placed in a cage or suitable carrier so as not to obstruct other passengers.
• They must remain quiet (for example, no growling or barking) so as not to disrupt the work of our drivers and employees.
