Does the vehicle pick me up at my home?

No. The vehicle does not come directly to your home.

The booking app or website will suggest a pickup location near your departure point (home or elsewhere), as well as a drop-off location near your destination. You can choose from several suggested fixed or virtual stops.

By default, these stops are located within approximately 500 m (about a 5-minute walk or less) of your departure or arrival point.

You can search by entering an address, a location (e.g., a college or shopping mall), or a stop, or by selecting a point directly on the map.
