Can I bring luggage, groceries, or shopping bags?

You may bring grocery or shopping bags on all exo on-demand vehicles. You must be able to carry them yourself, keep them on your lap during the trip, and ensure they do not interfere with the comfort or safety of other passengers.

If you are travelling with luggage, please indicate this when booking your trip so that we can direct you to the appropriate vehicle. Luggage is permitted on buses only.

As this is a shared service, your personal belongings must remain with you at all times and must not occupy an additional seat, regardless of the type of vehicle used.

If you are travelling in a sedan, please note that the trunk is reserved for folded strollers and mobility aids. Luggage is not permitted in this type of vehicle, including in the trunk.
