How do I know if my OPUS card is registered?
- OPUS card with photo: If your OPUS card has a photo, it’s automatically registered and you’ll be covered by the replacement guarantee in case of loss or theft.
- OPUS card without photo: If your OPUS card is registered but does not include a photo, you can confirm the registration at one of our sales and service outlets. However, if you completed the form correctly, your card is already registered.
