My old OPUS card has expired and I’ve already purchased a new one. How can I recover my fares?
If your old OPUS card expired less than 6 months ago: Go to one of our sales and service outlets with your new card to transfer the valid fares loaded on your old card.
If your OPUS card expired more than 6 months ago: Fill out the Postal processing of your expired OPUS card form (PDF - 217 KB) and mail it along with your expired OPUS card to the address indicated in the document. You’ll then be mailed an occasional card loaded with single-use tickets to replace those on your old OPUS card.
