What should I do if I lose my OPUS card?
- If your OPUS card is registered or if you have an OPUS card with photo: Visit a metropolitan ticket office or the exo service centre in your area. Be sure to bring photo ID. Your valid fares will be transferred to a new card, and you’ll only have to pay the price of the OPUS card ($6) or the OPUS card with photo ($15).
- If your OPUS card isn’t registered: Unfortunately, you’ll have to purchase a new one. Take this opportunity to register your OPUS card!
