Will the driver wait for me if I arrive late?

No. The driver cannot wait at a stop and must stay on schedule for other passengers.

If you are not present when the vehicle arrives, the driver will mark the trip as a no-show in your account.

To help ensure smooth service for everyone, please arrive at your stop at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.

Please note that exo reserves the right to take action in cases of repeated late cancellations or no-shows.
