Our accessible trains and stations are designed to ensure safe and easy-to-use transportation. In this tutorial, we will guide you through the steps for using them.

All stations on Line 15 Mascouche are accessible, as they are equipped with a fold-out boarding platform for people with reduced mobility.

Find out what to expect when arriving at these stations by watching this video, which uses Ahuntsic station as an example. You will see what the experience is like in the station, as well as during boarding, alighting, and on board the train.

Arriving at the station

There are several ways to access our stations, either via the paratransit drop-off area or through the spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility in our parking lots.

Getting around the station

Facilities have been designed to make your journey easier and to guide you to the platform.

Boarding and alighting

On the platform, pay attention to the signage and proceed to the designated boarding area.
Wait behind the yellow line until the train has come to a complete stop. An inspector or a member of the train crew will be present on board the designated car for boarding and alighting.

On board the train

Go to the area reserved for people with reduced mobility.

Lift the fold-up seats if needed, and remember to engage the brakes on your mobility aid. Make sure to keep the circulation area clear.

Our inspectors and train crew members are available to answer your questions.

Please visit the Commuter Train Network Accessibility (in French only) page for additional information.

Sign up for accessibility service alerts (in French only) to receive real-time information if elevators or boarding platforms are temporarily out of service on the Mascouche line.
