How exo on-demand works on the day of your ride

This page explains everything you need to know when travelling with our service.

What should I do on the day of my trip?

The exo on-demand service is available to anyone with a monthly subscription or another valid fare within the service area. These fares can be stored on an OPUS card or an occasional card (L’Occasionnelle).
Some municipalities offer the service for free. Check to see if yours does.
You can also pay in cash on board the vehicle (exact change is required).

The stop will be indicated on the app and the online reservation tool.
We ask that you arrive at the designated physical or virtual exo on-demand stop 10 minutes early.
The vehicle will arrive at the time specified in your reservation. Please note that, depending on the street layout, it may be waiting for you across the street.

You can track your vehicle’s location in real time on the app, and you’ll receive a reminder notification as it approaches.
You can identify the vehicle by the exo on-demand sign on the front of the vehicle. Exo on-demand stickers are also often displayed on the vehicle’s body.
Once on board, you can check the estimated arrival time at your destination in real time.
The driver will drop you off at the stop closest to your destination, within the service area.

Reminder

Have you enabled push notifications for the exo on-demand app? They’ll come in handy while you’re on the go.

If something unexpected comes up, it’s important to modify or cancel your reservation at least one hour in advance so that someone else can take your spot.
To cancel or modify a reservation on the app or website, go to the “My reservations” tab.
