Paratransit is a service that operates on an eligibility basis. You must meet certain criteria and submit an application to confirm your eligibility.
You should receive a response within 45 days of the receipt of your request.
If, after reviewing your file, you are found to be ineligible, you will still receive a letter informing you of this decision.

Reactivate your account
If you don’t use paratransit services for two years, your account will be deactivated. To reactivate it, please contact us.
Three types of eligibility for paratransit
The exo admissions committee will assign you an eligibility category, which will be indicated in the acceptance letter you’ll receive by mail.
General eligibility
You can reserve online without any restrictions.
Temporary eligibility
You can reserve online for the duration of your admission (6 or 18 months).
Partial or seasonal eligibility
You can only reserve by phone at 1-877-433-4004 or by email at transport.adapte@exo.quebec.
