Do you want to book regular trips, or are you not eligible to book online? There are other ways to book your paratransit trip.
Information required to make a reservation
Here’s what you’ll need to provide when you make your reservation:
- Your full name.
- The registration number on your card (which you’ll receive with your acceptance letter).
- The date of your trip.
- The type of trip you’re requesting (regular or occasional).
- The exact departure and arrival addresses.
- Your desired arrival and return times.
- A note indicating whether you’ll be accompanied by someone, whether you have a guide dog or service dog, or whether you use mobility aids.
