Our board of directors

Exo’s board of directors is made up of 15 members, 8 of them chosen among municipal representatives and 7 independent members representing civil society. Local municipalities of the North and South shores appoint the 8 elected members, equally divided among both shores. Five of the independent members are chosen by the Montreal and Longueuil agglomerations and Ville de Laval. The Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal (CMM) chooses the other two independent members, one representing public transit users and one representing paratransit users. The CMM also chooses the chairman of the board of directors among the independent members.

  • Hamid Terzi, general director of the Association d’entraide des personnes handicapées physiques de Montréal (Alpha), representing paratransit users
  • Pierre Cardinal, founding chairman of Axel Stratégies Communication, former director of Transport 2000 Québec, representing public transit users

Nominated by the Montreal agglomeration

  • Josée Bérubé, urban architect at Provencher Roy, appointed as chairman of the board by the CMM
  • Pierre Fortin, partner in Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton (RCGT)
  • Éliane Roko, senior information technology project manager at Hydro-Québec

Nominated by the Longueuil agglomeration

  • Chantal Brouillette, accounting and finance consultant and certified company administrator

Nominated by Ville de Laval

  • Louise Martel, advisory partner and vice president at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton
