Have you lost an item on the train or bus? The procedure for retrieval varies depending on the mode of transport used and the area. Learn about both procedures.
Here are the three steps to recover a lost item.
1
If you have lost an item on the Mont-Saint-Hilaire or Mascouche train lines, call the dedicated line at Gare Centrale station at 514 875-1069 .
If the item was lost on the Saint-Jérôme, Vaudreuil-Hudson, or Candiac lines, call the Vendôme station voicemail at 514 527-0780 .
2
Also, indicate the train line where you believe you misplaced the item and the date when you lost it to facilitate the search. If the lost item is found, an agent will contact you.
3
For security reasons, lost items can only be retrieved one day per week, on Fridays.
It's essential to remember that thousands of passengers travel on our network every day. This time window is necessary to conduct verifications and ensure that the right items are returned to the rightful owners.
You must bring a photo ID to identify yourself.
All unclaimed items will be donated to a non-profit organization or, as the case may be, recycled while ensuring the protection of customer identities.
