Access to documents
The Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information grants every citizen a right to consult the documents held by exo. The law also grants every citizen the right to access the personal information concerning them and to have it rectified if it is erroneous.
How to request access to a document
The request for access to a document must be sent in writing to the person in charge of access to documents and protection of personal information.
You have two options to send request

Conditions for making an access request
Your request must:
- concern documents already existing at the time the request is made
- be precise enough for the document(s) in question to be found
In some cases, we may have to limit the access to information or documents, in accordance with the provisions of the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information.
