Exo control centres

In order to better serve you, exo operates two control centres for its bus network: one on the North Shore and one on the South Shore.

Their purpose is to make your travel experience more enjoyable. More specifically, they will:

• Quickly inform you of bus network service disruptions
• Manage traffic detours and impediments to optimize your trips
• Support and inform the exo Operations and Monitoring Centre (OMC) to better communicate the information you need
• Request patroller intervention when required for your safety
