Starting June 26, your subscription will be automatically transferred to exo. Here’s some important information:

Your subscription conditions

All of the documents related to your membership should be read replacing the STM with the ARTM. See terms and conditions:

  • Your benefits and fare remain the same

  • Your fare remains valid in Zone A

    For the bus, metro, train and paratransit.

  • You keep your current OPUS card

The payment date

The payment will be held on 11th day of every month for the next month’s fare.

Account statements will be issued by exo

Your account statements will now feature the Réseau de Transport Métropolitain letterhead.

  • Payment by direct debit and by Visa or Mastercard credit card.

    Your payment information will be securely transferred* to exo. Learn more about transferring data and agreements.

    *American Express credit cards information will not be transferred as it will no longer be eligible for payments. If you pay for your subscription with this payment method, you are invited to make the change now in your current account.

    By virtue of an Agreement to Share Personal Information (in French) between the Autorité régionale de transport métropolitain (ARTM), the Réseau de transport métropolitain (exo) and the Société de transport de Montréal (STM), which received notice of approval from the Commission sur l’Accès à l’Information du Québec on , personal information regarding members of the OPUS à l’année and OPUS & Cie programs will be transferred between the STM and exo on . Note that a notice to this effect will be sent to all members concerned.

The payment date will be between the 20th and 25th day of the month preceding the month the fare is valid.
