    You automatically receive the 12th month free following the purchase of 11 consecutive monthly fare.

    You can subscribe to OPUS+ at any time. Sign up by the 10th day of the month to start your subscription on the 1st day of the following month.

    Enjoy peace of mind! Your payment is automatically debited every month from your bank account or charged to your credit card.

    Goodbye wait times! You no longer need to reload your fare in person each month.

    In the event of a lost, stolen or damaged OPUS card.

    Your OPUS card is registered. In the event of loss, theft or damage, your OPUS card can be replaced with a new one that’s loaded with your subscription.

    At any time.

    Changed your mind? You may cancel your subscription at any time, free of charge. Make your request no later than the 10th day of the month for it to be applied the following month.

    Ordinary fare rate

    Following the first payment, you’ll be mailed an OPUS card loaded with your transit fare title.

    Reduced fares

    Following your first direct debit, you will receive an activation coupon by email. To activate your subscription, go to a metropolitan ticket office or an exo sales and service outlet before the 1st day of the month in which it begins, with this activation coupon and your supporting documents.

  • Yes, you may subscribe to OPUS+ at any time.

    You must subscribe no later than the 10th day of the month for your subscription to begin on the 1st day of the following month.

    For example:

    • If you subscribe on October 10, your subscription will begin on November 1.
    • If you subscribe on October 11, your subscription will begin on December 1.
  • You may choose from the following two payment methods:

    Payments will automatically be debited or charged on the 11th day of every month for the following month’s transit fare.

  • Ordinary and reduced fares (6-11 years old and 65 years old+)

    No, your subscription automatically renews every month until you decide to end it.

    Reduced rates (12-17 years old, Student 18 years old+)

    Yes, you must renew your student privilege by November 1 of each year or every two years for a student between the ages of 12 and 14.

  • In the event your OPUS card is lost, stolen or damaged, visit a metropolitan ticket office with a valid ID.

    You will obtain a new OPUS card loaded with your subscription.

    You will only be charged the applicable fee for a new card.

  • Yes, you can change your fare at any time, taking into account the following:

    Ordinary fare rate

    Following the first payment, you’ll be mailed an OPUS card loaded with your transit fare title. This OPUS card is valid for 4 years.

    Reduced fare rates

    Around the 11th day of the month preceding the change, you will receive an activation coupon by email. To obtain your new photo OPUS card loaded with your new fare, go to a metropolitan ticket office with this coupon. The fare on your old OPUS card with photo will be valid until the last day of the month preceding the change.

  • Yes, you can subscribe to OPUS+ at any time.

    Your request must be made no later than the 9th day of the month and be approved by your employer no later than the 10th day for your subscription to begin the following month. For example:

    • If your employer approves your request on October 10, your subscription will begin November 1.
    • If they approve your request on October 11, your subscription will begin on December 1.

    To qualify for the 12th month free, you must be subscribed to the program for at least 11 consecutive months. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the 11 months, you will not be able to benefit from the free month

  • There are two ways to cancel your subscription:

    • Online via My Account.
    • By calling exo Customer Service at 1-833-255-6396.
