Sign up anytime:
You can sign up at all times. However, in order to receive your preloaded card in time for the following month, you must do so by the 10th of the current month.

Changing your membership:
You can modify or cancel your membership at any time free of charge. 

Loss, theft or damage:
You can get a new card loaded with your membership data simply by paying the applicable fee for a new OPUS card.
