The days of driving in circles to find a space near a train platform or metro station are over. Make sure you have a parking space thanks to our guaranteed parking and paid-access parking pilot projects.
The paid-access parking project at a glance
In order to offer a better customer experience and to respect the site’s capacity, as of Monday, December 1, 2025, this park-and-ride lot will be paid-parking*.
- The daily rate will be of $9.25 (taxes included).
- Secure payment will be possible with a mobile app available by scanning the QR code displayed on site. Visit clicknpark for more information on payment.
- Users will be able to book a certain number of parking spaces in advance via the mobile app.
- Also note that free parking spots are available close by, namely at Montmorency and Cartier stations.
* After a first warning, unauthorized vehicles will be towed.
In order to guarantee parking spots for public transit users, as of Monday, December 1, 2025, access to the park-and-ride lot will be reserved to them*.
- A paid-access zone of about 150 parking spots will available east of the site (indicated in red on the plan). The monthly rate will be of $60 (taxes included), and automatically renewable.

Frequently asked questions about our paid-parking park-and-ride-lots
Mascouche station: The purpose of this initiative is to guarantee parking spaces for public transit users. The people who park there without using public transit will now be directed to a dedicated paid-parking zone.
De la Concorde station: This project aims at offering users a better customer experience by limiting the number of cars the parking lot can accommodate, the idea being to reduce the number of complaints and interventions caused by the wild and problematic parking habits of some users.
Mascouche station: The paid-parking zone of the park-and-ride lot is located on the east side of the site, in front of the Station G residential complex (see map). One hundred and fifty paved places are available.
De la Concorde station: The entire site now offers paid parking only, including the few unreserved spots in the drop-off zone.
The purpose of this paid-parking pilot project is to ensure that public transit users have priority access to parking spots near stations. It also allows us to optimize snow removal operations and the management of our park-and-ride lots.
Mascouche station: Night parking is forbidden between 2 and 5 a.m. in the free zone reserved for public transit users, to allow for site maintenance. However, in the paid-parking zone, parking is always allowed, including nighttime.
De la Concorde station: Access to the parking lot is closed between 2 and 5 a.m. to allow for site maintenance. Night parking is allowed in some exo park-and-ride lots, under certain conditions.
These zones are always clearly identified as “reserved for public transit permit holders”. Clicknpark, the parking manager mandated by exo, is in charge of monitoring the site and enforcing the applicable regulations. Night patrols and license plate checks will allow them to identify unauthorized vehicles. After a first warning, these vehicles will be towed.
Yes. We considered paving the site and marking parking spots, but this would have reduced the site’s capacity by at least 30%, besides being very costly. Concrete bells and chains to mark off parking spaces were also tried, without solving the problem.
A park-and-ride lot, whether with free or paid access, is a parking zone located close to a public transit facility, generally outside of a larger city, with the goal of encouraging drivers to leave their vehicle there and use public transit.
Frequently asked question about our guaranteed parking spaces
10 to 20% of available parking spaces can be reserved in each of the target lots (Sainte-Thérèse, Roxboro-Pierrefonds and Deux-Montagnes train stations as well as Terrebonne and Cartier bus terminals).
Only monthly subscriptions are available at the Sainte-Thérèse station parking lot and the Terrebonne terminus. Please note that quantities are limited and the number of guaranteed spaces is subject to change without notice.

This project was developed to promote intermodality, meaning we want to encourage our customers to get to our sites using active (bike, walking) or public (bus, carpooling) transportation.
exo is not responsible for these parking lots. While they are paid lots, they are not part of this pilot project.
