About bike lockers
Your reservation will be cancelled automatically to allow another person to use the space.
No. All you need is the Vélo-Transit app. Use it to reserve your locker and to unlock and relock it.
The lockers are 51 in. (1.3 m) high and 108 in. (2.75 m) deep.
The lockers are only designed to hold bicycles. We do not recommend leaving your personal effects inside.
In order to allow all users to take advantage of a bike locker, and for us to carry out maintenance procedures, we ask that you remove your bike at the end of the day.
Bicycles left for more than 48 consecutive hours in a bike locker risk being removed by our personnel.
Contact Vélo-Transit at 438-831-3805, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
About Bikezones
Your access to the Bikezone is valid for the same period as your OPUS card. When your OPUS card expires, you must re-register for the Bikezone. That means students have to renew their registration every year.
To allow other users to have a space in the Bikezone, and to ensure its maintenance, we ask that you remove your bike at the end of the day. Bikes left for more than 48 consecutive hours in the Bikezone risk being removed by our personnel.
No. Only people who are registered and hold an access key on their OPUS card can use the Bikezone. All other people must use an outdoor rack. To maintain security at the Bikezone, do not allow people without an access key to enter the Bikezone when you are coming or going.
For the Bikezones at the Deux-Montagnes station and Sainte-Julie terminal, contact our Customer Service department at 514-287-8726 between 6 a.m. and 8:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, and between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on weekends and holidays. We will correct the situation as quickly as possible. Please note that no assistance will be provided outside of business hours and that access to the Bikezone is forbidden between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m. For the Bikezone located on the Université de Sherbrooke campus in Longueuil, contact the security agent on site at 450-463-1835, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
To access the Bikezone at the Longueuil terminal, you must be an OPUS+ or OPUS+ entreprise subscriber. When you unsubscribe from an OPUS+ program, your registration to the Bikezone will automatically come to an end.
