When calling, you must provide the following information:

  • Your name and phone number

  • The boarding and disembarking stop numbers for lines T14 (Sainte-Thérèse Station to Mirabel) | T16 (Saint-Canut / Mirabel to St-Jérôme) | T18 (Deux-Montagnes / Saint-Eustache to Mirabel) | T19 (travel within Mirabel)

  • The desired departure time or arrival time at the destination

  • Your method of payment (OPUS card or cash)

  • The number of your OPUS card if you’re paying with a fare loaded to it (make sure it’s valid)

Service operates on a predetermined schedule. You must therefore be present at the vehicle’s scheduled pickup time.

As this is a form of public transit, several users may ride the taxibus at the same time. The vehicles base their route on the reservations received. Three to five passengers are allowed aboard a taxibus to maximize trips based on the number of available vehicles.
